CIHS 2015 to relocate to new venue in Shanghai
Date:2014/9/29
Following the successful closing of the China International Hardware Show (CIHS) in 2014, organizers recently announced the relocation of the event to a newly built venue in the commercial hub of Shanghai from Oct 21-23.
Asia`s largest and most influential industry event will occupy five halls of the Hongqiao National Conference & Exhibition Center, comprising Hall 4.2, 5.2, 6.2, 7.2 and 8.2, and spanning up to 150,000 square meters. Featuring a dedicated hall for international exhibitors, tools, and hardware as well as kitchen and bathroom products respectively, the enhanced layout is expected to provide more convenience for buyers and visitors.
A slew of relevant forum sessions and activities serving to provide a more professional trading platform for exhibitors will be held.
Michael Dreyer, vice-president Asia Pacific of organizer Koelnmesse GmbH backs the move to relocate the event to the Hongqiao venue for the next edition and believes it will play an active role in attracting exhibitors and visitors from abroad. In addition, holding the event during the same period annually, coupled with accessible transportation and fast commute to surrounding regions has boasted the organizers` confidence in expanding the event`s scale and elevating visitor numbers and quality.
