Top hardware fair in China to be back in September

Koelnmesse and co-host China National Hardware Association promise to deliver 110,000 square meters of exhibits by over 2,400 local and international manufacturers from 17 countries and regions including Germany, France, UK, India, Korea, Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong. At the same time, Germany and Taiwan will also be represented in the form of a pavilion respectively.

Organizers said they will continue to sharpen the content, quality and the services of the event and aim to increase buyer numbers by ten per cent this year which is likely to be achieved with the incorporation of two new sub-shows: China International Building Hardware Show and China International Locks & Security Show.

The displays will be further complemented by three key feature zones: Processing & Manufacturing Equipment, Protective Products, and Abrasives & Grinding.

No efforts have also been spared in attracting leading DIY retailers especially from North America and Europe as well as importers and sourcing houses to source at the fair.

The scale of CIHS with its extensive offerings is another unique feature which sees both upstream and downstream manufacturers with products ranging from processing and manufacturing equipment, molds and large-scale machinery to tools, building hardware, locks, and kitchen and bathroom accessories presenting their wares alongside and trading with one another.

Last year, the show pulled in more than 41,000 visitors and buyers from 89 countries and regions with the likes of retail giants Walmart, Carrefour, Home Depot, Kingfisher, LG Sourcing, Leroy Merlin, Saint-Gobain, and Metro.
